Built on craftsmanship. Centered on you.

Advanced Construction LLC is a licensed B general building contractor based in Bakersfield. We work for homeowners who want their house to fit the way they actually live, and for business owners who need a space finished and open on schedule.

You talk to the same people from the estimate to the final walkthrough. Before anything gets torn out, we'll tell you what the job needs, what it'll cost and what's outside the scope, so the change orders don't show up as a surprise halfway through.

How a project runs

Four steps, and you always know which one you're in.

  1. Consultation

We walk the space with you and talk through what you want, what you can't live without and what you'd like to spend.

  2. Planning and design

Material picks, permits and a timeline you can actually plan your life or your business around.

  3. Construction

Our crew builds it, and you get regular updates instead of having to chase us for them.

  4. Final walkthrough

We go room by room together and fix anything that isn't right before we call the job done.

Building across Central California

Bakersfield is home base. We take residential and commercial projects in these communities, and if you're close by and don't see your town, ask anyway.

Questions we get a lot

Do you charge for estimates?

No, estimates are free. We look at the space, ask what you want out of it and put the scope and price in writing so you can compare it side by side with anyone else's.

Who handles the permits?

We do. We put together what the city or county needs, schedule the inspections and meet the inspector on site. Permit fees are listed in your estimate so they don't show up as a surprise later.

What does a B general contractor license mean for my project?

It's the California license for running building projects that involve two or more trades, like a kitchen remodel that needs framing, drywall, electrical and finish work. One license holder coordinates the whole job instead of you juggling separate contractors.

Can you build an ADU on my property?

Often, yes. Lot size, setbacks and where your utilities run decide what fits, so we start with a site visit and check it against local ADU rules before anything gets drawn up.

Do you take small jobs or only full renovations?

Both. A single bathroom or a flooring job gets the same attention as a whole-home remodel or a commercial tenant improvement.

Which areas do you serve?

Bakersfield is home base. We also take projects in Delano, McFarland, Fresno and Barstow. If you're somewhere close by, reach out and ask.

Tell us about your project

Give us a call and we'll set up a time to see the space in person. The estimate costs nothing, and you're under no pressure to sign anything once you have it.

What happens after you call

  1. A few quick questions

What you're building, where it is and roughly when you want it done.

  2. A site visit

We measure, look for anything that'll change the price and talk through options with you.

  3. Your written estimate

Scope, price and what's not included, all on paper so nothing gets lost in a phone call.
